Help Keep Your Centers’ Information Accurate

The Georgia Primary Care Association (GPCA) is updating the 2026 GPCA Members Directory and developing a new online Find a Health Center search tool. To ensure patients, partners, policymakers, and community members can easily find accurate information about your organization, we need your input.

Please update the required information for your community health centers by completing the following:

Clinic Survey

Verify and update your clinic locations, hours of operation, services, contact information, and other location-specific details.

Health Center Roster

Review and update the information for each medical provider within your organization.

Administrative Profile

Confirm your administrative site and contact information for your leadership team.
