Georgia Mountains Health Medical Group (GMH), located in beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia has a great opportunity for a geriatrician to join our established team. GMH is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, mission driven organization, committed to providing compassionate and quality health care to families in North Georgia. Ellijay is quintessentially charming and welcoming with its hiking trails and lakes. Heritage apple orchards make the town known as Georgia’s apple capital. The small town is nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia. You can live and work in a diverse and family-friendly environment and enjoy a low cost of living while practicing in this beautiful small town that is accessible to Atlanta and Chattanooga in less than 1.5 hours.

The geriatrician will be part of the primary care team, working closely with other physicians, behavioral health, clinical and support staff in a team-based approach. This is a four-day clinical workweek with light call responsibilities and will work out of both our Blue Ridge and Ellijay offices. Excellent compensation model without the responsibility to see a high volume of patients. Average is 25-30 patients per day. Potential to earn up to or more than $5,000 per month in bonus incentive.

Required Qualifications:
Georgia Medical License-active status
Degree from an accredited Medical School
BLS/CPR -active status
Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred
