DRVS users from Community Health Centers, physician practices, Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, and clinically integrated networks are invited to join us for a day of pre-conference workshops and two days of general sessions, breakouts, and networking events.

Our growing national conference, taking place at the Westin Boston Seaport District, is the ideal opportunity for DRVS users to meet, share best practices and ideas, further knowledge and skills, network with the Azara team, and each other.

The Azara User Conference is designed to empower attendees to maximize their use of Azara tools to drive improvements in care delivery and positively impact patient lives. Sessions cover topics appropriate for all levels of DRVS users—new to advanced—and aim to broaden and deepen the use of solutions and modules.

Abstract Submission Deadline Extended!

Azara would love to showcase your achievements and success utilizing DRVS, ACC or ACU to support your work in population health and value-based care in a 60 minute session at our 2024 Annual User Conference.

In addition, this year we are bringing back the popular PDQ (Pretty Darn Quick) session, which features 5-minute success stories. Your PDQ session topics will provide support and inspiration for our broad community of users by sharing your knowledge and experience.
