SUMMARY:Clinical Quality Management Training of Trainers
DESCRIPTION:The HRSA HAB-supported Center for Improvement and Innovation (CQII) will hold a Training-of-Trainers (TOT) session on March 22-24\, in Dallas. The TOT is an advanced training program for individuals with experience in clinical quality management who wish to refine their skills in training others on quality improvement principles and practice. Applicants are expected to have some experience in facilitation as well as a basic understanding of quality improvement.\nThe overarching goals of the TOT Program include: \n\nEnlarge the pool of qualified trainers on quality improvement in HIV care across the country;\nFurther spread clinical quality management concepts by increasing the number of training opportunities for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grant recipients; and\nIncrease the ability to refer requests for quality improvement training to regional TOT graduates.\n\nSince the purpose of the TOT Program is capacity building\, participants are asked to lead at least three quality improvement trainings within 120 days of successfully completing the session. \nRegister
