Serving 11 counties in our region – with everything from primary care to podiatry to pediatrics to behavioral health and more – our providers and staff are proud to be your hometown care team!

We’ll share more about how and who we serve, how we recruit skilled providers to our communities, and how we plan to expand assessible and affordable health care across Southwest Georgia.
