We are seeking a qualified professional for an exciting career opportunity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS) in Atlanta, GA. The CFO will be joining a reputable Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers the surrounding communities high-quality primary care services.


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of FQHC operations, which includes monitoring, analyzing and directing the administrative and fiscal functions of the organization. The CFO will manage accounting, budget management, purchasing, financial, compliance auditing and financial reporting to regulatory agencies and committees of the organization.

The CFO will establish and recommend to leadership team any major corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies for the FQHC. The CFO will oversee accounting functions and assure that the FQHC is following GAAP and SAP rules as well as maintaining performance measures in accounting.

The Chief Financial Officer will develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures while establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards. The Chief Financial Officer will interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.


The ideal Chief Financial Officer candidate should have five to seven years progressive experience in Finance and Accounting with two years in FQHC setting. The Chief Financial Officer should have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. CPA certification is highly preferred.

Bilingual candidates are preferred. CPACS has provided its core group of services to immigrant and refugee families in Georgia since 1980. Our patient population speak over 25 different languages and primarily originate from the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, and Latin America regions.

The Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS), one of the largest social services organizations in the Southeast with the capacity to serve immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities for over 30 years. While we have been providing community outreach health services since 1980, in 2013 we developed our independent Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to provide comprehensive primary care.
