Emory School Of Nursing Preceptorship Opportunities

Looking to give back? Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing is looking to partner with qualified NP, PA or MD preceptors to train Nurse Practitioner students in your area.

The School of Nursing has a dedicated Clinical Placement staff who coordinates student rotations and collaborates with community agencies to security quality clinical preceptors. All students maintain current proof of health requirements, RN licensure, and drug/background screenings.

A few preceptor perks include:

• Eligibility for adjunct clinical faculty appointment after precepting for at least 1 year and substantially contributing to student learning
• End of semester tokens of appreciation
• Eligibility for the Georgia Preceptor Tax Incentive Program (PTIP)
• Discounted continuing education credits through the Emory Nursing Experience
